About Your Order
Francis Drive Farm accepts pre-orders only, meaning that we are baking sourdough just for you!
Our sourdough breads and bagels, cookies are baked and offered for pickup on Thursday/Friday from 10:00pm-6:00pm and Saturday 12:00pm-2:00pm at the onsite Bread Stand at 37 Francis Dr., Bethany, CT. 06524
There will be assorted sourdough breads, cookies and bagels available along with seasonal lettuce and vegetables at our stand on Saturday’s from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Just drop by and shop!
Pre-order opens at 10AM Sundays for pickup Wednesday through Saturday. Please fill out our pre-order form.

Sourdough Breads and Bagels
‘Bread Care Tips”

Consume within 3-4 days for optimal freshness and flavor.

Store sourdough bread in a paper bag or bread box to preserve its crustiness.

Avoid storing bread in the refrigerator, as it can dry out the bread and stale faster.

Freeze sourdough bread in suran wrap in a sealed bag for up to 6 months. If slicing before freezing place parchment paper between each slice.

Revive frozen or stale bread by sprinkling with water and heating in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 minutes.

Refresh frozen sourdough bread by thawing at room temperature or toasting slices.
